About Crystal Glass Canada Ltd
Crystal Glass guarantees the seal on your auto glass installation for as long as you own the vehicle, with the exception of leaking due to body deterioration. Furthermore, Crystal Glass will warranty the windshield against pressure cracks (breakage for no apparent reason) and distortion for a period of 30 days. There is no warranty on tempered parts.
Crystal Glass guarantees all windshield repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. If the windshield cracks from the repaired area, Crystal Glass will deduct the original cost of rock chip repair from the new windshield replacement cost. In the event a new windshield replacement is necessary, the insured must pay the deductible portion of their insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had at least 4 windshields, in home service, window screens, custom glass pieces, and custom mirrors done by Crystal Glass Sherwood Park. We have had very few issues and the customer service has been phenomenal. Shorie is indespensable and totally deserves a raise! There are few places that deserve a five star rating but this is one. They do what they say, when they promise it and at the price quoted. Just need them to know it is very appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told me to come in any time for a chip repair. I tried to email and call to make an appointment since I have kids and that is what is recommended during Covid. I was told that I could not make an appointment, but that they would accommodate me whenever 3 showed up. So I showed up and they said they couldn't fit me in.

The price was less than I thought too. Great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Had my windshield replaced and a month later there was so much condensation on the inside of my truck it looked like someone showered in it. I call crystal glass, and was told by the regional manager (Ryan) that it is an improper install. So he told me that he would order me a new windshield an upgraded windshield for my troubles and that it would be replaced the following day at 11:00 a.m. I went in to get my windshield replaced 15 minutes later I'm told my vehicle is fine and there is nothing wrong with it. I've called other shops and been told that there's got to be a leak and now I'm stuck going to another shop to Shell out another $500. This company lies they don't know the truth. I called other locations in the province to ask how long it would take to test my windshield it would take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour but magically these people do it in 15 minutes and everything's fine.

Company has contacted me is replacing my windshield Wednesday morning very happy with the conversation I had with him and the general manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the individuals who came out initially measured our window incorrectly, the folks at Crystal glass took action promptly to correct their error and were meticulous when they came to do the final installation and the clean up of the installation. I’ve used Crystal Glass before and I wouldn’t hesitate to do so again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my windshield replaced recently. Made mistake of not inspecting vehicle when I picked up. Later I noticed my border on passenger side was not flush. Further inspection I notice my roof drip inserts / clips were missing on both sides. I took vehicle back to address the poor workmanship (see pic)/ missing roof inserts. Eric Schmidt(asst mgr) came out to vehicle & made excuse sometimes inserts "fly off in wind" (they have clips so this does not happen). Eric went to back & came back with a work order with only my first name, no year & different writing "roof inserts missing". I stated I was not informed of this when I came to pick up. Eric also said roof inserts / clips are not removed to replace windshield. When I emailed Crystal glass later the reply stated they do not inform customers on inspection report it is only used for their office. Simliar situation happened to a customer 2 months ago( see review) Crystal glass broke insert clips & did not assume responsibility ( clips had to be removed to insert windshield which means inserts were removed as well). In this customers case it was $800 to replace.
I have since contacted dealership to replace to the cost of over $100. Save yourself the headache / cost & take your business elsewhere in Sherwood Park.
Update: I was contacted by regional manager Mike Phillips. He picked up my vehicle from work, installed the roof drip parts(at their Argyll location),reimbursed me for the cost & dropped off my vehicle back at work. I am very happy it was resolved & happy with the outcome. Thank Mike & Ryan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good at rock chip repairs and I kind of feel ripped off. We had a free rock chip repair card becuase we had a new windsheild replaced. I asked them to fix a chip I had. When they were done, they said I had two and then charged me $41. First of all, I didn't think I had another chip and I never asked for two to be repaired. Secondly, any other company charges you X amount for one repair and then a lot less for additional ones. Not this company. Is this thier way of ensuring no one get's any chip repair for free, by conveniently findig another chip that a customer is unaware of? How about asking me about the second one? Why not? Likely because it never existed! Thirdly, the repair on the "actual chip" looks only slightly better. You can still see many lines and a hole. It's the worst chip repair I've ever seen and it was a small one perhaps 1/4".
