D	Dave on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interior: car smells really bad after. Exterior: dirty brown water coming out after wash. Conclusion: This location uses soiled water and cleaning supplies. Question: what is the point? and why I paid so much for it? 1st time trying it out and the last time too.

I’m disappointed that I purchased gift cards I will never be able to use ? I just saw Bubbles response to this now. I was at the location at 3:30 and was told that they would not be able to finish by 4 when they close. I said 'that's fine, I'll come another day' and she said 'let me check with my manager' (I didn't ask her to but she was trying to accommodate). I watched her walk to her manager, who yelled at her for asking. I felt bad for the employee because she was just trying to help.

They really missed the mark! Pedro the Assistant Manager took my SUV through from the beginning to end and made sure I had the professional job I should have hade in the first place. Thank you for stepping up to make things right. See you back soon. Well had to take my car back again. I paid 280 bucks for an interior detail and it was not done right. Was told I would have to upgrade to a more expensive package to get it cleaner. I will think it over if I will return to get further cleaning done in future. Thanks Arthur for trying. My car was better but not complete in my eyes.

And price increase significantly. It’s if you choose the basic inside outside car wash they are as slow as can be. Terrible service.

The inside was still dirty along the inside of the doors, the dash was not cleaned properly and the steering wheel was not cleaned at all. There was still dust on it. As for the outside the back end was still dirty and the sides on the very bottom was still dirty. And I pair about 73.00 dollars for something I could have done better myself. I don't think I will go back.

I've always cleaned my car at bubbles in Edmonton and never had a problem but being living in the park now I went to the Sherwood Park location. Very nice people but extremely disappointed that your sign that says interior and exterior WASH is not a wash but what you said, "a preliminary package means a wipe with damp cloth dipped in a car care product" ,,lol... that's like me taking a shower and not using soap and I might as well get dressed in the dirty clothes that I wore? That's a rinse and I don't think anybody wants to take their car to a car wash to get rinsed. You might as well remove the carwash basic option and just charge everyone $110 to wash their car. If I wanted a wipe down of my car I could do that myself for free... and if going home and cleaning my car's interior with Dollar Store Lysol wipes managed to get the dirt off,, and is far superior to whatever your cleaning my car with then I guess I should bring these wipes to me with me next time and you could use that on my car to actually remove the dirt?? That is ridiculous. ... I can get my car cleaned on the outside for free at Honda being that I bought a new car there. So bottom line, all I wanted was the interior vacuumed and wiped down where there's no dirt.. Don't think that is much to ask for $70....
