Through the whole process she has maintained a level of professionalism unmatched but and attorney I have had previously. The office is quiet and inviting, and represents a calm needed for such matters. Fairness and honesty are the undertones left at the end of each visit. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend Colin at Dalton Basaraba LLP! Colin and his partner Susan are very knowledgeable, very professional and gave a reasonable rate.
After discussing with legal aid and other law firms they are by far the best option.
In my case, an EPO was obtained and my ex attempted to relocate to another province with our new born son.
Within 4 months was granted return to home province order , almost 50/50 custody and the EPO was lifted with conditions.
Words can’t express how grateful I am to Colin and his team to get my son back.
