Cindy goes above and beyond and you can tell she is passionate in what she does on a day to day basis. She works for you the client. And I am pretty sure she lives there, she always answers the phone even if it is at 8:00pm. Armstrong is a wonderful man that knows law. Makes the long process of signing papers an enjoyable one. First time using this firm for my real estate deal; will be back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Mark Armstrong for around 3 years for our home closings and they are the best. Very competitive pricing, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Mark is such a friendly and helpful lawyer. He goes over details and answers questions thoroughly unlike other lawyers who want to quickly get you out. Their staff always accommodates our closings (even with short deadlines) and always makes us feel welcome. This is the third law office we have worked with in past 10 years and now our go-to law firm and favorite. Definitely recommend- the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and most importantly respond in a very quick manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeesh. Seems like every single person getting involved with real estate nowadays are bottom of the barrel and just looking for an easy buck. Left us completely high and dry with the legal mumbo jumbo that was required for the condo corp associated with our property. I don't know exactly what is needed from that end. That's why lawyers exist. The lawyers representing the condo corp had to chase us down because we were completely unaware of what was (actually, "wasn't" would be the more appropriate word to use here) going on in the background and now we are left to complete this ourselves. We had legal action threatened on us because of missing the deadline for the condo corp as a result of this.
Run. And if you end up dealing with Jen, run faster.
