★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using this pharmacy for my compounded medication for a few years, recently I have been running into issues.
Called my prescription in 5 business days in advanced (they suggest 3-4 full business days) and it wasn't ready on day 5. They offered an interim prescription for 7 days while they got my prescription ready, when I went to pick it up they were closed at 6 pm despite google and their website stating they were open until 7 (there was a paper on the door saying they were changing hours to close at 6 pm).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my prescriptions was going to cost me thousands a month despite having benefits. I wasn't going to fill the prescription despite needing it. The pharmacist contacted my Doctor and suggested changing the dosage from 30mg once a day to 15mg twice a day. This new dosage was then covered by my benefits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best pharmacy - I started using the Medicine Shoppe about 5 years ago when I was in the area - I currently live about 10min drive away but it is 100% worth going there for every prescription for myself & my family. Their hours are reasonable for a small family business and I will always make accommodations to use their services. By far the best and most knowledgeable customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only Pharmacy in Whitby that does inhouse sterile compounding. Very friendly staff. Neat and clean place. Highly recommend this place. Overall a 5 star, but gave 4 as they do not offer direct billing for Sterile Compounding. Would be better if they can start offering direct billing for Sterile compounding also.

The antidote for my injury was really really expensive. If I wasn't in need of it I would not have gotten it. I won't be back to this overpriced witch cauldron.
