★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really can not speak higher about my experience working with John Bracconier. I recently purchased my first home and I could not have done it with out his guidance. You may hear that phrase a lot when reading reviews that someone could not have done something without someone's help but I mean it, I had no idea what I was doing, I just knew I was ready to buy a house but outside of that, I was useless. He taught me what to look for when doing viewings, asked all the right questions and was accessible whenever things needed to happen quickly. Even with the challenges that came up it oddly felt easier than buying a car for me. And we had some real challenges but he took charge when he had to and did all of the tough work I had no idea how to do, he really is a saint and could not recommend him more. When I finally found a place he was on vacation but still got my winning offer in, with poor internet connections while he was on the road. 10/10 recommend John and his team!

He made sure that everything was right and has continued to follow up, resolving all minor issues we observed as we moved in. He helped me find a home in which truly suits me and that i can be happy with. Upon possession date the house was left unclean and john helped get a cleaning service in place on the sellers dime to help me accelerate the move in of my furniture and the next step of this new endeavour. Ill be more than happy to use john on my next house purchase and would 10/10 recomend him for anyone in the market for buying a new home!
