Hearing good things through a friend, John at Nice Agents was one of many realtors we’d contacted to interview for the job of helping to buy our first home. After all the interviews, it was an easy decision to make for my wife and I. Over the course of some months, hours of conversations getting to know us, virtual tours of dozens of houses, actual tours of a few dozen more, we settled on a place that fit our needs and came under budget. Not only did we we get great service through John, his recommendations for a mortgage broker, lawyer, and one of many home inspectors to complete our purchase process. They each turned out to be beyond our expectations and went out of their way to see our purchase succeed. I can’t recommend John and his team enough, truly a key part of the success of my family’s story. Thanks John.

Steve Bruner made it easy and exceeded all my expectations. He’s so full of energy that I can’t believe we looked at 14 properties on our first meeting. Not only that, he but puts an effort on gathering useful details on each of the property. He was always willing to make changes even with a really short notice. Have never seen some one so professional and passionate to his work. John was always honest and up front with us and put incredible effort in selling our home at our price. Travel 12 years in time to 2021 - living 3 provinces away, we had an estate sale on our hands and I instantly recommended to my family that we find and hire John for the job. He leapt into this very difficult condo sale (old appliances, not clean, evil condo board) with absentee sellers. He went above and beyond to handle tasks that we weren't able to, even going so far to help arrange for redistribution/disposal of items left in the home.
