★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked at The Manor Village for just under a year and I come on here honestly to say that it's one of the best places I have ever worked. The people that work here are kind and friendly. The work is fun, interesting, and challenging. I get brought in to different projects that are outside of my standard position and it helps to make me feel like I am part of the bigger picture.
Garth (President and CEO) is innovative and pushes his team to be innovative and to work hard, but he is kind and truly cares about the company and the people working in it. He encourages you to learn and grow, not just in your area of expertise but in other areas as well. He gives opportunities to people internally that would have been overlooked in your standard company, because this is no standard company. He sees potential, attitude, and integrity as greater determinants of future success than a resume.
I hope to continue working with The Manor for many years. This place is truly a gem.
