Im not kidding, she helped me with so much and it's sometimes hard to believe the amount of self control I have gained in my life compared to how I felt during the beginning of my OCD spiral at a young age. I am 21 now and will always talk to Linda if things ever get rough. But for right now I am happy and it's all because of her.
