We ordered a vintage style faucet from them two years ago, and when we had problems with it, they sent out two replacements without delay. I highly recommend them! We plan to use them for the fixtures for our new home.

We were looking for a faucet-tap set that would suit it, and the Loo Store had just the thing. The taps not only look beautiful and of-the-era, but they are of excellent quality. They were easy to install, a reasonable price, and were shipped in a speedy manner. We would happily purchase from the Loo Store again, and highly recommend to others.

After speaking to the very friendly and helpful staff we decided to make the big purchase from them. We couldn't be happier with the purchase. They shipped the tub and shower set to Saskatchewan without a problem and after seeing the product my wife was thrilled. We've had the tub and shower for more than two years and it still looks and works fantastic. We are 100% satisfied with our purchase.

I have never had a problem with it and it continues to look great. I wish I had ordered my other vanity from The Loo Store. I got it from an online furniture company and have had problems with the function and quality from the start.

Our install plumber liked the quality of the lines and connectors better than the Emco ones we had first ordered. Install went fine and we are very pleased with the result.
