P	Phil M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in today to get a flapper for my Kohler toilet the gentlemen asked me for the serial number so I gave him 6 different ones he said there under the lid I gave numbers letters under the lid in the toilet were the flapper is nothing back of the tank its almost like I have to bring in the hole toilet to get the right flapper not impressed at all I called Kohler in less then 3 mins the lady got me the right information were to find this number and was able to give me the right part number and the name of toilet that was called santa rose one peace. I mean for a company to be selling parts to customer should have better search engines or be more informed of what there selling to customers. The people are freindly there don't get me wrong no problem with that.

After going back 3 times because I couldn't get anything to fit the check valve, I passed by EMCO on Kenilworth and went in. They showed me the issue and put most of it together for me and explained how everything worked as this was my first sump pump. They even cut a length of 8'ft ABS for me so it fit into my car. They were a big help. Their pricing is comparable to the big box stores, but the service and advice is excellent. I will go back whenever I need plumbing supplies and help as to how to complete a job properly.

Installing a new three-piece bathroom. They had everything I needed in stock. When they don't,they are willing to try to help figure out how you can do it differently, but have the same outcome.
