★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PSA: THE ALBERTA DRIVERS HANDGUIDE IS THE HOLY BIBLE OF DRIVING. Live it. Breathe it. Sleep on it. This was the advice given to me and it is quite true. Especially section 4!
The short:
Perfect for road tests both basic and advanced at $155.25 in total and Tyler will answer questions before and after. He will also keep you feeling less nervous with conversation which wards off the nerves. Also fair on the grading and explains mistakes if any with the section in the Alberta drivers guide.
The long:
Just took my Class 5 Advanced to remove the GDL certification and I would like to leave the remark that it went wonderfully. My driver examiner Tyler was kind and answered many questions before and after the exam. During the road test he kept the nerves at bay by having a wonderful chat which helped ease the tension as it had been a while since I had taken my last road test. At the end of the road test Tyler took the time to explain where and what was not to the driver handbook and ensured that every mistake was fairly given and understood. I stand by this review as of August 3 2021 that The Licence Centre is the place to go for a driver test. When I did my first test I had a blonde lady who made it feel like a diploma which was stressful and high stakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff has always been helpful over the years rarely ran into a member having a rough day. Polite and courteous most times and they are very busy. Take alot of other rude peoples abuse during the day. So maintaining professionalism is impressive . Good hob licence center

Tracked down the owner for the initial and went back and was told that I now needed the signature from the other owner on the bill of sale. So now I have to track them down again for a signature. Not sure why it wasn’t caught the first time I went, from now on I’ll be going to the other place
