★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oct11/19- Long lines and delays in Port Dover today. Employee working today doing lots of socializing and not sure what to do for clients. Wait time currently at 1hr. Too bad. I heard the service was fast and efficient here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in line for an hour today standing outside to have the staff flip the sign to closed and lock the doors with a line up of at least ten people waiting. No warning, no communication, not a single indication of anything of the sort. Ignorant service, clearly under staffed and with a limited amount of Service Ontario locations open on a Saturday with some services such as registering a vehicle requiring you to visit a location this is rather discouraging and disappointing to see such poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing experience. Only 5 allowed in at a time due to covid restrictions at the time of my review, yet all customers were in and out quickly.
The lady working there is friendly, fast and super efficient. Think she’s the only employee and does a better than great job dealing with customers.
Was nervous about long waits but was pleasantly surprised and will do my provincial licensing etc here from now on due to the great experience I had.
Lines may form due to restrictions but it’s a 10-15 minute wait absolute tops and a relief to get things renewed before the new year without hassle.
