★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the office and I took the number 10. When they called #10 the person that had #11 said he was there before me, which was a lie, and that he should go first. They let me go to the counter, but they apologized to the person with #11 for letting the person with #10 go first.

This is the service ontario branch where you should go for getting your health card if you are a holder of work permit status.
The staffs were so helpful and polite.
Helped me nicely and did got everything done quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend went to take Ontario photo ID card and they took her Indian driving license. When she applied for G1, she was asked for an Indian license to give G2 asap. But when she approached service Ontario with the concern, they humiliated her and told her that her license was destroyed. The lady yelled at her in front of everyone. This is the second time that we have been facing racism from few service Ontario James St staffs. Kindly put a stop to it! Browns are humans!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife applied OHIP here and she did received a great help from staff. They tried to explain and help her to get the required documents. The line was long but the process was rather fast. They should deserve 5 star rating as Canada service offices still close. Thank you for your hard working. Parking withing the office is just 2 hours maximum with fee. For longer parking, there is a parking lot close to it as the T-jointion with Isabella.
