★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience here registering my new out of province lease, which was a headache, the dealer had no clue on what they were doing but Lisa was a great help made a list of everything I needed and even spoke with the dealership to explain what they needed to provide. Lisa made a small mistake but worked with us to find a convenient solution considering we were driving to Toronto when the mistake was discovered. If you go there, Lisa is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people here are not rude... Just indifferent. After waiting in line for 30 minutes (perhaps hire an extra person or a temp at least?) found out that I was missing documentation. My fault... And that's cool. What wasn't cool was the lady at the desk telling me that perhaps, next time, I do my research before going to their office and get it right. Wow. This is what happens when you privatize public services.

When it was my turn, the lady was very friendly and helpful, needless to say, I now have nice new, update plates. Thanks to the lady, who made it a stress free process in these stressful times.??
