★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a road test with SM, She had very unprofessional behavior and Even I did not have any violation during my road test , I did fail. My exam mostly was in residential area full of bumps and I had to drive a bit slower. At the end she told me your speed was good only at street. In the residential area full of bumps and cars , are you expecting me to drive with 40-50KM speed? The other point I wanna mention is that she was worried mostly about her safety and conveyed this feeling to me before starting the exam, If she is scaring of sitting next to a learner, why she is doing this job?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a road test today (Apr 13, 2022). This is the 3rd time, and I did it!. Thank you Hannah (examiner) for being fabulous. 5 stars for her. She is very understanding, calm and friendly. Making me less nervous when I was doing the test. I absolutely credit Hannah for my success. It's a big help when you get a great examiner!
The 1st time I had the test the examiner was good too!
The 2nd time I did the test, the examiner was not very nice and quite rude(CS) :( I talked to ICBC manager after that.
I'm so glad I didn't get her this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was concerned about going into ICBC on McKenzie to renew my license. But boy, was I wrong. Just walked in, got my license renewed, my BC Services card renewed and on the same card. And all my questions answered in less than a half hour. And I hadn't even booked an appointment!
The woman who worked with me was very patient and helpful. I'm older and have some memory issues. Thanks ICBC. I look forward to seeing you again in five years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my class 5 road test on 28 January at this location and I have to say that my examiner Hannah was extremely helpful and calm lady. I passed my test with flying colours. Nevertheless, the front desk staff was bit rude. Overall, my experience was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how they're set up now. Book an appointment. Arrive for your appointment. Follow clearly laid out signage. Quickly get your business taken care of by kind people doing a hard job. Complete your visit. Done! Super easy and very efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't had to many bad experiences at this ICBC Location. That being said, most of the staff are friendly and helpful! My examiner Brett was very understanding, and friendly making my road test very pleasant. I am overall a very anxious person but he created a calm atmosphere. therefore I give Brett 5 Stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has some great instructors who actually like their jobs, they were very fair and reasonable with me, it took me 3 times to pass but that’s because of me and not them..
If you’re lucky enough to get Brett as your instructor he’s great at making you feel comfortable during the test. Thanks a million!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just made an appointment yesterday for this morning. Very positive experience all round. Easy parking, explicit instructions on posters to indicate route when inside the building with direction arrows on floor..
24 open counters with digital display to show when your number was available.
Staff were efficient and friendly.Whole experience took about ten minutes.
