Shawn is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. He did a thorough inspection of our condo (built in the early 90s) and really helped us understand the condition of the unit, building and repairs that had been completed.
Additionally, Shawn and Nancy were incredibly helpful to us when looking at making another home purchase - as they have so much experience with buildings and developments in Vancouver.
It's amazing to work with people who are genuine, and willing to help, in addition to the superior quality of their work.
I would highly recommend their services.

Andy was exceptional - thorough, proficient, & above all competent! We ended up booking him 3x’s.
