He provided excellent service, walking my agent and I through the details of the home inspection report in a thorough manner, even highlighting minor yet important information for a homeowner, such as recommending the installation of child locks on the windows to prevent children from falling through.

From start to finish, Darren was incredibly responsive and helpful. The inspections and report were thorough and detailed and Darren took the time with us to review the report and answer any questions and concerns we had. Based on our first inspection with him, we were able to go into the second inspection more confident, look at the property with a different lens, and be on the lookout for things we otherwise never would have observed.
