Michael was fast and flexible when booking our home inspection but also, he took his time and was meticulous while performing the inspection. He answered ALL my questions during the walkthrough and provided a detailed final report in writing.
In the hectic buying process having such an efficient and knowledgeable home inspector was a truly relieve.

Of course, I asked him to inspect my condominium. His work and report were accurate and easy to understand with pictures. I could ask the seller for repairs. I will ask him again for sure! Thank you Michael!

His diligence, attention to detail and excellent communication skills set him high above the competition. He performed a very comprehensive inspection for the house we were intending to purchase, using cutting-edge tools including a thermal camera and moisture detector. After a 3-4 hour inspection and summary, he also gave us a very detailed 66 page report with photos and explanations of everything we needed to know to make an informed decision about the scope of work required with a focus on safety. I would therefore highly recommend him to anyone looking for high quality of workmanship and professional demeanour.
