I was sometimes looking at apartments in Vancouver Downtown and sometimes looking at houses all over the area including Langley, West Van, Burnaby and Vancouver. He patiently explained the pros and cons of each of the areas. We eventually ended up buying a house in Shaughnessy. He was very engaged through the process. We ended up getting the house 25% below the assessment. He was trying to get it even lower but I wanted to move ahead. He was always prioritizing my interest even if he ended up making less money. I highly recommend him. If you need a hard working, high integrity realtor Ron is your guy!
