From the beginning the level of professionalism from your entire team was both reassuring and built a level of confidence as I would expect from a top-tier performer. But beyond that I really felt like you listened you had a plan and a strategy and I cannot do anything but respect that. It was a relief.
Even stepping up around the staging showed character and commitment. There was high-level communication at all times. And I felt like we were in this together.
I don’t think anyone other than you and your team could’ve possibly manifested the exceptional positive result of 18% over ask and in addition the extension and high dollar value on the furniture.
