He was even able to accommodate a particularly compacted schedule when all others said it was not possible. The pictures of the work before and after speak for themselves. Brian’s follow up and customer service is top notch. I would recommend ABM to anyone who needed their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABM Environmental are the best! I hired ABM Environmental to perform mold inspection and air quality testing in my home. Of note, they have an A+ rating and very positive reviews with the Better Business Bureau. I found ABM attentive to providing service that was most timely and convenient. My technician showed up, presentable and perfectly on time. He courteously interviewed me and heard my concerns about mold and air quality. He took time to explain the service he would provide and he politely answered my questions.
I observed his process and watched as he thoroughly addressed my areas of concern. I felt very satisfied with the assessment, itself and the professionalism of the technician throughout the engagement. A couple of days later I received a neat, easy to understand report along with a certified, independent laboratory analysis.
I have high praise for the complete professionalism of ABM Environmental. Their work quality and reporting integrity more than met my expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an apartment with very poor ventilation. Working from home, I was getting lethargic, and I had a cough that was consistently getting worse over 2 years. My doctor couldn't find anything wrong with my lungs, so after considering my options, I decided to pay for an indoor air quality assessment.
It's not cheap (~$525 for the comprehensive assessment, which is a little cheaper than competitors I found), but I thought it was well worth the cost. On the spot, Brian was able to confirm some big problems with the composition of my unit's air, and recommend some ways of improving it (e.g. lowering humidity + keeping bathroom fan running).
After about 5 business days, I got a followup with all the numbers from the assessment, and a detailed followup of the recommendations he'd made in person. Since the inspection I've followed his advice, and my focus and energy at home have improved dramatically, and I can tell my lungs are much MUCH healthier.
