He was thorough, timely with his reports and very knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed under warranty by the builder. He provided us with a detailed report with pictures, which made the warranty claim process very easy. He has surpassed our expectations and been an invaluable resource for any home-related issues we've experienced since that initial inspection. As new home owners, everything about a house is new and overwhelming. Mark was so geneous with his time and knowledge and helped us figure out that the peeling paint on our garage ceiling was from water damage. He also gave us peace of mind and provided some practical suggestions when our landscaping project started and we noticed that there was a lot of water pooling around the house, and that the building envelope was peeling, etc. Thank you Mark for your all your help!

He was able to accommodate a home inspection with very little notice and was able to complete the inspection and provide a full digitized report in a timely manner. Highly recommend adding the moisture infrared reading, costs extra, but very impressive technology and worth it.

To be on the safe side, we decided to do a post inspection just to know exactly what we were up against. There is so much uncertainty when you buy a house without inspection. Mark was recommended by a good friend of ours.. He was able to provide us a full report with photos on all the areas of the house that needed our attention. On top of sending us a report, we did a full walk through, showing and explaining what needed work and what was up to code.. My husband and I are new homeowners, so a lot of things needed to be explained in great detail, which Mark did without hesitation. After the inspection was done, he also had a great list on contacts that he recommended AND contacted for us that same day. He got us in touch with an electrician, roofer, soft water installer and realtor. He's already saved us a lot of time and Money. Highly highly recommend Mark for your inspection or post inspection

The house was turn key ready to live based on what we can see on the surface, but wanted to make sure there were no major issues. Mark was excellent to work with. He was able to find a number of issues with the home and very thorough in explaining how things can be fixed. The report was super detailed. After closing we will fix the issues outlined in the report. Highly recommended Mark and his team!
