Some home inspectors feel the need to scare buyers with their wealth of knowledge and "expertise". Alan does a great job of communicating what is important and less important. They took their time to really check things and also explain them - they have a lot of energy! After the inspection I had to call them to ask them some follow up questions and they were also so helpful. The inspection report had a lot of detail including suggested time frame for fix, pictures and details of what problems existed.
