He used high tech equipment and was very thorough. After it was done he emailed us a pdf with photos and detailed notes of what was found. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking to buy their home - it saved us from buying an expensive fixer upper!

Anton was very professional, helpful and friendly. Anton gave us detailed information about our house that will ensure the safety and care of our new home. I really appreciated the way Anton was patient with all my questions and the clear and precise answers he provided. He was able to walk us through each part of the house and he pointed the key items to keep an eye on and what may need future repair or maintenance. He also provided us with a detailed written Inspection Report, complete with detailed information and pictures.
