★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From deliberately misleading tenants to systematically ignoring tenants' request, Timbercreek and Le Sommet have come to represent the very worst in business ethics. After 11 months, Timbercreek has yet to fix the AC or the major noise issues we experience. I would never recommend that company, which I believe is morally blameworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coldest building I've ever lived in Montreal. They keep the temperature very low to save money, the air is cold and damp in the apartment. You have to use heating mode from air-condition that makes factory noise and the hot air from air-condition hurts your eyes and face. And, extra heating is at your own expenses. I don't know other buildings of Timbercreek, this this builidng was built on all cheap materials (like the electricity core) and crappy equipments (cheap machines in the gym), the sauna is not working, etc. They claim to be a high-end building, it's scam. It's not even properly functional. I just want to move out ASAP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the new building manager, Oxana, is such a rude, arrogant, and pathetic individual. How she got the job in the first place is beyond me. Had to go change one of our roommates on the lease agreement and she made a huge deal of it, even though its our right. Please avoid- im leaving as soon as my lease is done because of this woman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst building, it may look nice from the appearance, but don't get fooled! The room is so cold in winter, and noise from neighbours are so easy to get through your wall. The poor service for the building manager. The sauna room doesn't work. In winter will be the worst, you will be sliding down from drummond street for sure.
