★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in looking for two very specific things: a replacement bulb for my shower fixture, and internal hardware for my front door latch. The first staff member found me a better lightbulb than the one I had and for a lower price. While they didn't have the latch hardware, the staff member in the doorknob section talked to me about what I needed and suggested I go through the manufacturer because the part was probably under warranty. It was, and a new handle arrived within days.

During the pandemic, we ordered online and went curbside pick up. It was great and always with good quality.
The stores are now opened and going to Home Depot is my first thought when I need anything for my house.
We also enjoyed the flowers and garden area during summer.
The choices are great. Staffs are always very helpful. On this point, I am always amazed by the professionalism and how they know the store so well.
Thumbs up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Home Depot in Whitby have fantastic customer service. We were having trouble locating the required number of kitchen backsplash tiles in our area but the Whitby location had what we needed. I contacted them quite early (6:05 A.M.) in the morning and the excellent Customer Service Rep. put me through to a gentleman by the name of Gary from the flooring Dept. who could not have been more helpful. Gary was able to put everything aside we required. We came from out of town and picked everything up with a their very proficient system in place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the garden staff should not be working with public. when i asked where to find dwarf cherry blossom tree. she rudely said if u can't see it we don't have it. I said please help me find it. she again said read the labels. this isn't how u treat customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store needs to do a better job stocking what stores 10 km away always have in stock. If you have more clientele because there are less Home Depot‘s in the neighbourhood so to speak, then you need to bring in more stock. All my work is south of Bloor and I would say 4 out of 10 times I have to go up to Taunton to get routine items. You must be losing a mountain of business because there are lots of guys out there doing the same stuff I’m doing.
