★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I visited last time around the end of August they had a huge sale on trees and plants and probably everything else. This place is huge and you see it from outside and you expect it will be small place. Once you take a step inside you will know how big this place is. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you didn't visit yet then you are missing out.

Customer service was fine no issues, girls are helpful when you ask a question.
Product I feel like is “ok”
Price is expensive compare to other places. I think it’s pricey because it’s in Whitby.
H&S I was disappointed when customers inside (a lot of people come so close to you) social distance not so good.
Overall decent experience I will like them to reduce the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went here today to buy a Fiddle Leaf fig and a spider plant. We were so impressed with the service and kindness we recieved from the lovely gentleman in the plant section and the fellow staff too! We love coming here. Our plants look amazing in our new home. ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for plants, gardening supplies and knick knacks. Very knowledgable staff. We have purchased many of our perennial plants here with great success. Easy to returns and they keep your receipt on file. Lots of great products from clothing to artificial xmas trees, always a place we stop in to browse. Dogs are welcome too!
