He was knowledgeable and very patient with me. He answered all my questions and gave more information that made my shopping a very exciting experience. I definitely will be going there the next time I have a project. Thanks Zac.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service for in store shopping i find exceptional, delivery service horrendous and needs to be replaced with a professional service!!!! Placed a large order to replace a fence for delivery 4 DAYS AGO!!! I called on day of order to confirm it could be delivered by the next day since I would have canceled and ordered elsewhere ( which i told them!). I call every morning now and get the same response "yes it will be delivered at some time today we cannot guarantee times". 4 DAYS LATER Now I am stuck with no fence, no material, I have dogs and I have to go back to work with no Fence. (I took down old fence by trusting what I was being told) This is disgusting. Material has yet to be delivered and now rain is expected. I'll update when I actually get my delivery. I instructed them to cover the cement due to rain this afternoon. But at this point I'll be surprised if I even get my delivery. Absolutely turned off of homedepot and I was a multiple times a week shopper there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy a new shower head 15 minutes before closing. Hubby had given me make and model I just needed to find it. When I couldn't I searched the aisles a bit and then looked for some help.
I found an employee coming up an aisle and asked for this help. He stopped what he was doing. Said if course he could help me. Answered my question - that's yes there were other places that I might find what I was looking for, not just the giant display section of 100's of shower heads.
Then he asked what type and said I think those are over on aisle X and took me right to them.
Great customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alia provided exceptional service and demonstrated a strong work ethic. She was very helpful and kind. When we arrived after contacting her in Edmonton, all the paperwork had been prepared. Our appliance was loaded in record time. (Thank you too Ethan for assisting in the loading). It was definitely worth the drive! Many thanks!
