★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is always clean and there is often if not always someone to greet you at the door.
They have a great variety of products. The prices are somewhat on the high side, but you will find what you need. The lumber is inside so you have no surprises on quality and price since it is well organised. Lots of plants and paving products, electrical appliances, decoration, they have it all.
There is a lot's of employees but they somewhat often seem to be busy talking to each other. I've myself 'disturbed' some at many occasion. I even once have been throw around from on to the other to have simple indications to where something was...to end up the cashier serving me.
The parking lot is huge and can accept a large truck and trailer with no problem. The store is very accessible and is just on the highway exit. So practical for a quick stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst online shopping experience. Made a $4,000 order, they marked it as shipped for 4 weeks without any update. Was supposed to reach my house and get updates 3 days after shipping. We are now 20 days later and still have not received anything.
I have also tried getting in touch with the Customer Support many times, they basically tell you that "they are receiving an incredible amount of calls" and then basically hang up on you and tell you to contact them later. Same story every single day.
Now I just want to cancel my order since it was marked to deliver in 1 week and now it has been 5 week and I am still not able to just get an update of when it could be delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to get new faucets. We asked for a worker to come help us. We waited around 15 mins and no one came. We ended up going to RONA where the service is way better!
Bad Service! and so so prices…

i had forgot my mask in the car and at the door i was offered a mask being told that i didnt have to go back to my car that they would gladly give me one and all that with kindness, ty ladies!
I was well served and got myself a great round folding chair!
The kids adore going there too because the karts are made in cars forms with 2 steering wheels they can play with while we shop! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic store ? wonderful staff ! Always ready to help and give out tips. The staff man are more practical then money oriented. They go above and beyond to meet the customer's needs. To me Home Depot across Canada is by far the best spot if you starting a project. Great quality materials for an affordable price.
