What is the grateful table? Sounds like some health food store or healthy rice bowl place. The greek oven is timeless and everybody knows it. Changing the name is probably the worst move they have made.

A downgrade compared to the Wandering Greek Oven. Ordered take out. Had the Gyro Kootenay for 20 bucks with chicken on rice and tomatoes and red onions. Presentation wasn’t anything special. The rice was a bit cold, no tzatziki sauce either. A small rectangle of baklava cost six bucks, for that price it should be two pieces or a large square. The other bowl was the same but with lamb. The lamb was sinewy and not warm, tasted average. Calamari was all right, but could have been a bit crispier since the drive was short. Food took longer than expected since it wasn’t a very fancy dish to begin with. A rice bowl with some veg and chicken shouldn’t take almost half an hour. Total $61. Experience a let down. Food quality is definitely not even close to what it was before. Definitely not worth what we paid.

I am super grateful to be able to eat a keto lunch here!! I had the Greek salad with chicken, it was super delicious and satisfying, I got the dressing on the side & light on the feta, made to order, and quickly❣

I let Heather choose my order for me last time because I couldn't decide and I am so glad I did! I had the Greek Rice Bowl with Chicken & Tzatziki and it was stellar. The people there are really nice and I know the pizza there is also amazing!

Super impressed overall! They were dealing with a private event, but worked as fast as they could to still serve the rest of us. Grabbed a bottle of wine for a reasonable rate ($34 for Tinhorn Creek) and then tried the Lamb Souvlaki Wrap and Gyro Wrap. The meal came with a starter Caeser and Greek Salad and the wrap came with lemon potatoes, dill rice, and veggies (carrot, zucchini, broccoli, and cauliflower). Fantastic all around with perfectly cooked meats and deliciously cooked sides. Possibly even homemade pita!

After receiving several recommendations I decided to give this little place a kick at the cat, the menu is quite large with numerous authentic choices and a large selection of pizzas, to be honest I was a little taken aback by the pricing but even more so once I received my items and was startled by the relatively small portions that being said the pizza was tasty, the calamari was tasty and not rubbery although the advertised β€œcreamy Caesar salad” was not creamy, it was dry and bereft of flavour. The staff is friendly and helpful although the place is extremely busy, so order early and be prepared to wait, the decor is nice and the outside patio is well setup and comfortable
