β β β β β Very skimpy portions with new owners... not like a proper subway used to be. ---7 months later from original review-- June 2019---We went in again last week..Still very skimpy with the fillings for a sandwich..person carefully laid 4 olive slices on a 6 incher...Everything is like that, you have to ask for more to get a proper amount.

β β β β β Tried it despite the facebook rants, eggs were cold on my egg and cheese flatbread, I ask for extra veggies and there were only a few pieces of veggies, that wouldn't even be enough even if I hadn't asked for extra green pepper. I will never go there again. Service was awful too. GOOD BYE CASTLEGAR SUBWAY GOOD LUCK SERVING COLD EGGS.

β β β β β Brought in Passport to the Kootenay coupon book which is buy one 6" and get one free. Asked before buying if I could buy a foot long for the coupon. They said yes, then proceeded to charge me two 6" instead. Ended up costing 20$ for one sub and a drink. Not cool

β β β β β Worst subway salad (love subway salads but this one was the worst) I've ever had. I have honestly ate many salads from Subway but this for sure was the worst. Some of the vegetables tasted as if they were past fresh, and the salad was overloaded with salad dressing, overall I would not recommend this place.

β β β β β Nice young gal behind the counter but her language barrier made ordering difficult, the βcrispyβ chicken was cold and mushy, veggies all gobbed in one spot, and the βgrilledβ wrap wasnβt grilled long enough to even be vaguely warmβ¦ sadly disappointedβ¦.
