Canadian 2 For 1 Pizza

We ordered delivery on a Tuesday at 8 pm. They quoted 40 minutes but it took 70 minutes. It arrived cold and the order was wrong. After a long day on the road we ate it regardless of it being cold, wrong and sh!tty. I've had pizza from this chain before that was fine, it's just this location that is total garbage.

was lazy and decided to order food on a thursday, ended up hugging my toilet for two days afterwards. not the first time the food was undercooked but this time i missed two days of work because of it. i 100% suggest going somewhere else. now im out two days worth of wages

Tried to order pizza for Father's day delivery 2 blocks away from them. Gave them 3 hours notice and could not accommodate my order. Phoned a competitor in their area and delivered the pizza 3 minutes after agreed upon delivery time and included a dessert cookie free for the horrible service I received from Canadian pizza.

Used to be great but we got 2 large pizzas last weekend and it was SO flat! It was paper thin and we couldn't tell the difference between a chicken club and a ham and pineapple because they had so few toppings. Very disappointed. And why us it called 2 for 1?

Pizza was top notch as always. I tried the wings for the first time today and they were the worst wings I have ever had. The flavour was ok, but I've never had worse quality of meat. I would encourage people to just stick with the pizza unless they change their wing supplier.

I attempted to order pizza at 2 pm but was informed they didn't have a delivery driver until 4 pm so I waited and called in my order at 3:55 pm. They indicated a 45-60 minute delivery time. At 5:29 my pizza still had not arrived so I contacted the store and was informed that my pizza had left a "while ago" and should be there any minute. The store is a 5 minute drive away. At 5:55 pm (2 hours after ordering) the delivery driver showed up. I explained that it had been 2 hours since I ordered and asked him if he would mind checking to see if the pizza was still warm. He put his hand in the bag and said "It's all good". I payed the $50 and grabbed my pizzas. I stepped inside and opened the boxes and the pizzas were cold and congealed, as in ice cold. The driver was still out front so I phoned the store and asked them to get the driver to come take them back as I was not interested in waiting 2 hours and paying $50 for cold pizzas. They stated they wouldn't do that but would offer me a $20 credit for next time. 1) The product was not delivered as advertised or paid for 2) $20 does not cover the $50 cost of the product 3) They refused to correct the situation at the time 4) The $20 credit is a wild assumption on their part that I will return my business to them Terrible product, terrible customer service, and obvious lack of respect for their patrons. This is the basic fundamentals of business. Do your very best to provide the best product and service. When something does go wrong, you address it immediately and do your best to correct the situation. They failed on all aspects. *PS The pizzas are still sitting on the porch by the garbage where they belong.
