I've seen Stu for other issues over the past year. He makes you put in the work but it helps!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding - Mr. Ross provides functional massage therapy which is used more to target sports injury’s and is more of precise point deep tissue work. I find this much more effective than therapeutic massage which cannot reach the deep target area. Mr. Ross is professional and does a thorough pre and post massage assessment to ensure effectiveness of his treatment. I have received therapeutic massage therapy for over 20years and his functional treatment is simply the best ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stu Macdonald treated me with great care. He listened to me, had compassion on my situation, was very professional yet personable. This was my first visit and I am looking forward to recovering under his guidance.
The receptionists were also very friendly and helpful.
Another fantastic thing is Kootenay Integrated Health has a gym space in the back with essential equipment so Stu was able to see my form through various exercises.
