His calm demeanor and gentle touch made it much less intimidating than I anticipated having little needles in my skin. He's respectful and anticipates the client's needs. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not express how impressed I am with Justin! I recently developed frozen shoulder in my right shoulder (my dominant arm). Having had it in my left arm 3 years prior, I thought I was doomed for at least a couple of years (this is how long it took for my left arm to get better). I decided to try acupuncture as I have only heard good things about Justin. Today marks 1 week and 1 day since my shoulder locked up and 2 visits to Justin. I have almost all of my mobility back with very little pain. Please do your body a favor and see him for any ailments you may have. I know this is a long winded review but I really feel like I can’t say enough good things about what a great acupuncturist and herbalist Justin is! Thank you Justin!!

I was really nervous and apprehensive to get these treatments as I have never had acupuncture before. Justin is polite and professional, he doesn't just explain his procedures, he discusses them with you and gives you a chance to ask questions which I think really helped to develop a plan and helped me to fully understand how my body was adjusting to the treatments. He has such a calm demeanor and is so focussed on helping your progress which was comforting, relaxing and helpful during my sessions. 100 percent recommend Justin Kanigan! ??

I have neck and shoulder issues and trying both a chiropractor and a physiotherapist and not a lot of progress I decided to invest in acupuncture. Not quite knowing what I was in for it’s been a life saver. Justin is a fountain of knowledge being a. Acupuncturist for almost 5 years his experience and treatments were exactly what I needed. (Thanks Justin!) I strong encourage you give call and book. Especially if A) you have tried “everything” but acupuncture & B) you have insurance coverages because his office in Castlegar direct bills for PBC - Added bonus!!
