★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cancelled my 10:15 appt at 9:24 by calling and not leaving a voicemail. Showed up to the appointment for them to tell me they cancelled it an hour before. This is the second time an appointment was cancelled at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very poor experience at this location . My RMT was Amy and it was my first visit . Not only did she not stop talking the entire massage - and loudly I will add - she was very unprofessional, talking about her personal life and views against covid - such as choosing not to be vaccinated . I had assumed massage addict would require their staff to be vaccinated , apparently not . Perhaps other RMT’s would be fine but I will not be returning to this location . Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit and the masseuse needs more training. I told him I need working on my lower back and upper arms. All he did was smear lotion on me and gave me rub down.The worst massage I ever had. I wasted my $90.00. Will definitely not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was supposed to have my very first massage at this clinic tomorrow (Saturday). At 2:30 pm on Friday they call me to cancel. Not reschedule, not schedule with a different RMT, just cancel. I’m desperate for a massage and this just ruined my entire opinion of this establishment. 0/10 do not recommend.
