The staff are exceptional and vary educational I feel like they are better at helping me and making me feel better than my doctor! And they are always happy and putting off their great energy. The family that owns it is so sweet and humble and they always put's there customers and store first!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never leave reviews but I am new to the kootenays and was so excited to find this place , however I went home with a product that was recommended to me for acute sinus issues that both I and my son were recommended to use , however I notice a couple months later after using it a handful of times that it was over a year past expired. I kept forgetting to bring the product back cause I couldn’t find my receipt and kept forgetting to bring it when I came into town and when I told them today what had happened, they could have nicely said sorry there is nothing we could do without a receipt, I was instead given attitude and they made me feel like I was lying. The girl then told me the product wasn’t even recommended for children under 12 and passed it back to me, and I told her I wasn’t the one that recommended it, someone at the store did. She just gave me a look like I was trying to pull a fast one over here. I’ve worked in customer service and have retail experience of 15 years, that was a little rude . I explained my story and circumstances and only got attitude. I unfortunately won’t be back and would rather give my business to Amazon based on that experience.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and if there is something I am looking for out of stock they’ll often get it in for me. I’m pretty picky when it comes to ingredients and where items are sourced and the selection here is great!
