Every person we dealt with here was helpful, respectful, and awesome to work with and they were able to ensure that we received a product that we loved in a timely matter. He was patient, informative, knowledgeable and prompt throughout the process from choosing product for our home flooring project, to organizing installers and navigating any issues that popped up. We had polite and respectful experiences with the project manager who came to do the estimate as well as the detail oriented installation crew. Would recommend Cody and The Floor Show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to get new carpet or flooring! The whole experience was made super easy and enjoyable. Cody was amazing to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. The time to get the carpet in and installed was so quick and the installer Glen was so nice and did an amazing job and got it all done in less than a day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We renovated our kitchen this winter and because we had taken out the wall between the kitchen and dining room, we needed flooring that matched the color/tone of our hardwood in the dining room. We didn’t want tile or the same hardwood. It was a difficult task! Harriet was super helpful finding a solution and her no pressure attitude was wonderful. In the end we went with cork from Dura Design in Montreal. They make 105 colors and Harriet got them to send a new sample (besides the one she had in the store) to ensure it would be the same. It was and we are very happy with the installed flooring. It is a perfect complement to the hardwood. Highly recommend Harriet at the Floor Show!

There are so many details that go into the selection process and Nikki from The Floor Show was so knowledgeable and helped us through the process. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building a cottage during the pandemic has been stressful at times, especially after being burned by other places that promised something would be in stock when they really don't have a clue when it will come in, resulted in tons of wasted time.
Completely different experience at The Floor Show. Nikki helped present several different options based on our preferred colours and flooring type. The order lead time that was provided was truthful and accurate.
Nikki even had someone from their install team reach out to me to give advice on stair nosings for a certain product as she knew I was self installing.
Very happy with the product we settled on as well as the prompt and friendly service. Definitely go see Nikki if you're looking for flooring.

Cody was attentive and knowledgeable throughout our interactions, as we selected products, worked within a budget, and booked estimate and install. He answered many questions along the way and was sure to follow up.
They were able to fit the project in on a tight timeline, and I was impressed with speed and quality of work done by Glenn.
Looking forward to many years of enjoying the new space!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't be happier with my total experience with the employees of The Floor Show. Harriett was my go to person at the store helping me cheerfully with her expertise for hardwood and carpet. She kept in touch and followed through with both orders - hardwood and carpet. The hardwood was a large job and Paul, the hardwood installer, was second to none. What a skilled carpenter, flawlessly joining herringbone design in the rooms to traditional boards in the hallways. He gave me lots of time and advice on the best look for the design. The result was exceptional and he was a joy to have in the house for a couple of weeks. Next came the carpet. Glen and his crew of his wife and son did a super job. The stairs, 3 bedrooms and two halls were finished in two days. They moved the furniture without any problems and replaced them and the doors perfectly. He is a skilled carpet layer and also a most pleasant person ( as were his crew) to have in the house. I couldn't be happier with Harriett, Paul and Glen. As a comparison, the other large flooring company in the city did not even return my request for a person to come out and measure up for the carpet. They said they would get back with a date and never did. I certainly didn't call them a second time. Choose The Floor Show for a professional job.
