Chris from Curtis Carpets reached out shortly after my negative experience and really made an effort to show us the level of service that they are know for. We were connected with Olivia and she was a pleasure to deal. She was happy, energetic and was eager to help! My husband and I ordered our flooring and haven’t looked back. From the time we were introduced to Olivia everything was seem less, we ordered carpet, scheduled an installation date. The installer was on time, fast, friendly and the workmanship is perfect! We can’t wait to settle into our new space!

Professionalism from the very beginning in-store with choosing carpets with Elvis and placing the order, and an excellent and hard-working team sent to me home for the installation and stretching of carpet during the course of the day. Our house looks great. I didn't feel pressured at all to spend more money than we had planned, and I got exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend!

Their price quotations were reasonable and comparable to other companies. I would recommend checking them out when you are in the market for quality flooring products at reasonable prices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE!!! Between myself and my insurance company we paid this company over twenty thousand dollars. When it came time to do some warranty work, Danielle had every excuse in the book to dodge, deflect, and pass the buck. They lied about flooring being on back order, told my I'd be on the hook to pay for materials for a botched install etc. I would never recommend this company to anyone. After almost a year I was finally able to get Curtis Carpets to come out to do the warranty repair. They delivered a box of used flooring containing cut offs and leftovers after telling me they had to special order it to facilitate the repair. When the installers came they realized that this box of used flooring was the wrong one. They quickly went to the warehouse and got the right flooring. I said "Danielle told me they had to special order this and it was on an 8 week back order that turned into almost 8 months" They informed me that this was a very popular floor and they always keep it on hand, and they weren't sure why Danielle would say that. JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! The kicker was after they finally came out to repair my flooring it failed again and I just ended up fixing it myself.

After insurance and restoration requirements were dealt with,we turned our attention to the necessary flooring replacement. Based on our previous positive flooring purchase and installation work done by Curtis Carpets, we contacted them for this project. Once again we were very pleased with this decision. Jason 's prompt and capable assistance was appreciated and Jade was truly wonderful as she went to great lengths to help us through the difficult selection process. Despite the challenges of COVID and supply chain delays, Danielle kept us well informed and scheduled the installers with careful attention to details. The end result looks terrific!! We thank Curtis Carpets once again for their professional expertise and service. We would certainly use this business in the future.
