Things I wish I knew before going in: (1) It's quite hot and stuffy, even in a t-shirt. (2) No dividers: you have to request privacy (there's a separate room for one person). By default you will be seen with whatever you had to take off by others and vice versa. Usually there're 2-3 other patients treated in parallel. (3) Getting a copy of your file is not easy, and expensive: a fee of $30 was made up after I asked for it. (4) I haven't had that many appointments, so I can't speak about the effectiveness. They seem professional. I felt rushed through my assessments but if they got all the info they needed, I guess it's fine; it's like a doctor's appointment.

Russel Lang is very professional and pleasant, his office is always extremely clean but most of all, he is able to relieve my lower back pain using light touch and ultrasound therapy.

I began regularly training with Russel and Irene over two years ago in preparation for and rehabilitation from ACL reconstruction surgery. Russel has been extremely attentive to my training needs and has given me the challenges I seek in my recovery. I greatly appreciate the personalized approach that was taken in developing a high-intensity recovery plan to maximize my athletics training. Irene and Russel have been extremely supportive throughout my rehabilitation process and I am very happy with the level of expertise they have provided.

Russell is a terrific physiotherapist. He took my frozen shoulder one fall and had me doing the crawl by the time summer rolled around - never had so much as a twinge in it since. I recommend him to all my friends with joint and muscle issues.

On my first visit they tried to sell me an overpriced menthol rub as a treatment for my strain (not science-based treatment!). My regular $75 appointment consisted of 20 minutes of massage, 10 minutes of ultra sound (not science-based treatment!) and 10 minutes of sitting with an ice pack (not a treatment, more a pain management tool). I had 6 appointments and almost no improvement. Quick googling will tell you that muscle strain recovery must include a great variety of stretches. Luckily I sought for the second opinion and found an amazing doctor at different clinic.

Excellent Therapists and Staff! It has been seven years since I initially came to see Russell with a very painful lower back due to a bulging disk. I had tried a variety of treatments in the past which had all helped a bit - but they had all left me back where I started after treatment was completed. It took more than a year of treatment, but at the end of it I was pain free! And with the maintenance plan that Russell recommended, I am still pain free today! Thank you Russell - you and your team have made all the difference! Linda B.

I’m not sure why there are some less than positive reviews here. Everything is very clean and tidy. Front desk staff very friendly and polite. Russell is very professional and a great therapist. I went to another physio clinic for a few months and the pain and discomfort I had never lessened. I have been coming here for a few weeks, twice a week and already the pain and issues I had for many months has greatly improved. Great physio clinic!

This is a fantastic clinic in all respects! The front office is very efficient and friendly. The clinic is also extremely clean and welcoming and will accommodate appointments for you during your lunch time which may be theirs. They are also very compassionate to their patients. I had an acute disc herniation in my neck with symptoms down my arm. The Physiotherapist owner diagnosed my condition on the first visit and then recommended I ask my Dr. for an MRI. I had the MRI which confirmed the physiotherapist’s diagnosis. They then designed a comprehensive treatment plan for me and I started treatment twice a week (very conservative) which included hands on manual therapy as well as modalities to help my pain and a home exercise program. I am pleased to say that to date, I am 95% better with no arm pain and have reduced my treatments to once every 6 weeks to hopefully get 100%. I have subsequently recommended this clinic to my Dr., colleagues, friends and family. Great Experience!
