Had a very pleasant time dealing with Parm on my trade in for a BMW at his store. He also wasn’t pushy at all unlike the car salesmen at bigger dealerships. Would 100% do business with Parm again!

Two nice guys, very helpful with getting you on the road. As two people new to BC, Parm and Angelo really helped us out with documentation and paying for the car. I'd recommend them.

Had the most exceptional service experience with Angelo and Parm. They were helpful and patient with all my questions. Very professional and extremely personable. If I could give 6 stars I would. Fantastic service.

I would NOT recommend purchasing a car from here unless you have the car thoroughly inspected by a trusted mechanic or dealership AND ensure that any deposit you leave will be fully refundable if the inspection is not to the buyer's satisfaction!!! Also read the warranty fine print VERY THOROUGHLY as there are claim limits!! Parm stated that if the vehicle was purchased at full asking price then a one year power train warranty would be included. He would also cover the cost of an inspection done at buyer's choice as long as it was in the area and not a dealership as they are too costly. When I initially texted to inquire about the car for my daughter, he stated "no issues at all" and when we came to view the car, he disclosed that the back brakes needed to be done and that he would take care of that work at his cost before buyer purchase. My 69 year old father ended up leaving Parm with a $1,000 deposit on a $6,999 asking price for a 2006 Mini Cooper (which BTW DOES NOT include a $495 documentation fee not originally stated in Craigslist ad). I texted Parm later the same day (Sat) with the name of the mechanic shop that I wanted the car inspected at after the brake work was completed and he agreed that he would arrange the appointment as I didn't know how his schedule would line up with the shop's availability. When my father went into The Car Store on Mon to pick up the coffee mug he had forgotten there, Parm convinced him to agree that the car could be inspected at the same place where the back brakes were being worked on AND who just happens to be the brother of the business' partner AND the front brakes only have 50% left on them so don't really need to be done, but my dad would pay for the extra work out of his own pocket. Parm arranges all of this without my prior knowledge or approval and doesn't mention anything at all to me about these arrangements. Of course the inspection report comes out great and the only physically noticeable flaw is conveniently not marked , but my first question to him was, "where was the work and inspection done?" because the report provided has no business name on it. He texts me a business card for a shop that you can't find on any google search or in a business directory. I notice that the mechanic's last name is the same as the last name of a salesperson listed as per the dealership association listing and question him about it. Then at that time, he informs me that it's the brother of his partner and that he "told your dad all this before we did the inspection and work done to the vehicle if you are concerned about this you can have the vehicle inspected again at your expense". Parm DID cooperate with our arrangements made to have the vehicle inspected at another shop. Parm did SEEM very agreeable to refund the deposit when the inspection's results were not to our satisfaction (transmission slipped, repair would have cost $8,000) and texted me "the refund won't happen until Monday and your dad will need to come in with his cc". However, when my dad went in to have his refund processed, he only received a credit for $800 instead of $1,000!!!! And when I texted him that "bringing a car up to good working condition is what good honest dealers to" and taking advantage of my trusting naive Dad and charging him $200 for extra repair work and sending the car for inspection at that mechanic is unethical; I received no response and it's been one week. So car buyers BEWARE....take your hard earned money elsewhere to a reputable dealer with good ethical business practises!!!!!

I contacted Angelo about a beautiful 650i he had in Washington state (I live in Las Vegas Nevada) he got back to me promptly and had an associate of his work with me locally to get everything done, he even shipped the car for me to try out BEFORE I purchased it with no money down. The whole process was smooth and simple and he even helped me link with a DMV place to get my plates ASAP, no small feat right now during covid, all in all I love the car it was as advertised and the process was so easy I’ll definitely be back to buy another car in the future and will definitely be referring friends to them in the future. If your looking for a great deal on a car do yourself a favor and call them first
