C	Cassandra Davies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall at the store itself we had great customer service from our salesman Jason, the manager as well as the customer service rep. However, the delivery team made the process very difficult. We would get a call they were coming and wouldn’t show up. We ended up coming to pick up our own fridge instead of having it delivered due to this. The customer service over the phone was terrible as well telling us we would need to physically come into Saskatoon (we live 2 hours north) to deal with our order. We finally came in to have them just remove an item and the customer service rep was absolutely amazing! Her name was Brittney at the circle drive location. If I was to continue purchasing from here, it’s due to our delightful experience with her. She triple checked everything, explained everything in an understanding way, wasn’t pushing us to try and find another item and was generally just a great person to deal with.

She knew her inventory so well and was able to help me chose a suitable chair for me. Unfortunately, you don't ship out of town...I live 100km away and found a retailer in Battleford (100km) that had a similar chair, with delivery. Sorry Lily, you went out of your way to accommodate my specifics. Wish the store would have access to a delivery company that you could refer your out of town customers to.

I need the door handle to open the opposite side so it needs a little extra attention. But she worked it out and instead of waiting till mid June I’m getting it this weekend! I ordered and paid for a mattress protector but I didn’t get it delivered on the delivery day. When I checked with the store they said it’s still in Edmonton. “If you still need it we can make arrangements to deliver it to you in a week” that is the awesome answer I got… Delivery and related services deserves 0 star rating. At least they should have wrapped it all around. Worst paid delivery service I ever received $90 for the delivery was wasted..for no reason. They didn’t even take all the garbage (plastic wraps and zip ties) from the bed room Sorry to post it in public… hopefully you will provide better service based on reviews I believe.
