Color changing glass effects. Heater good for smaller room. Remote control with lots of choices. Teri very helpful. Delivery and assembly $75 which was worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ask for a better price! Couldn't have been chased out any quicker with a switch after making an offer to take to the manager. "No! I've been told to never bother her! The prices are as marked!" I was told quite curtly by the representative. Sales tactics from Captain Bligh. Watch your step if you visit, not the friendliest of atmospheres. As we left, we could hear her bragging to another associate how she shut us down. Nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the store it used to be that’s for sure, recently purchased 2 Palliser leather power-reclining sofas costing over $4000.00. They both had issues right from delivery with the reclining mechanisms and the footrests overlapping when reclined. Called the store and was asked to send pictures, which I did, not sure how you determine what the issues are in a picture without close examination of the furniture. The response time and communication from the store from that point was nothing short of non-existent, I had to keep calling and emailing to find out what was going on. After several weeks I got a call that the new mechanism was in and I could pick it up, and that it was heavy!!! Brand new sofas under warranty and you want me to pick the part up and take it home and fix it myself, are you kidding me!!! If you bought a new car and only had it a week and the transmission went do you think the dealership would call you and say your new transmission was in and you should come pick it up to install it yourself. It seemed like a real effort for them to write up a warranty work order and come pick it up to fix it. It’s been a week since it was picked up and I still have not had any communication from the store if it has been fixed, not great service but they sure do take your money quickly. If I didn’t need the sofas right away I would have definitely purchased at Palliser Rooms/EQ3 Furniture as they have amazing customer service but unfortunately everything needs to be ordered in, in hindsight it probably would have been a better decision to order from EQ3 and wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, awesome selection of QUALITY furniture! You get what you pay for, remember that! Furniture should last a lifetime, or until you decide to change it out, say in 15 years! My old sofa and liveseat set is as good of condition as when I purchased it 12 years ago!
