Had an amazing experience at Dufresne! Staff was very helpful, Tabitha did an awesome job at walking us through the process of picking and designing our new couch. Huge selection of all types of furniture and opportunity to custom design almost everything! Will definitely be doing more business at Dufresne in the future!

Sadly our overall experience was poor. I want to start by saying the front end service was great, the sales guy was very helpful and did a fantastic job. They actually get the one star. It was after that where things started to go downhill. First, our delivery date kept getting pushed back multiple times. I understand we're in covid-times and there are supply chain constraints but there was zero communication. We had to call before each delivery date to check in, only to find out that our date was pushed again (bad news with open communication is better than bad news and no communication). When our delivery date finally did come 4 months later, we received two left pieces which did not fit together, so we had to live with half a couch. We immediately called the helpline. They suggested that we MIGHT have a replacement within a couple days. I asked the agent for a follow up call to eliminate the uncertainty and once again there was no communication. I had to call on our delivery date to find out, again, that it would be over a month before we would receive our replacement piece. While we were waiting for the second piece, we went into the store to try talk to someone about our experience and maybe give some insight to a decision maker that balls were being dropped. We first spoke to the sales support staff, they listened but were powerless. They did walk over to a supervisor, spoke for a minute, but nothing came of it. The supervisor did not seem willing to come talk to us. The staff member said they would email the store manager and that they would get back to us. That also did not happen. Yesterday our second piece was delivered, but our couch is still not to the specifications that we ordered. Hopefully that doesn't take another month or two to resolve. This is getting long-winded so I will summarize. All we really wanted, and are still missing, are open communication and the couch that we ordered. There was a lot of communication breakdown or no communication at all. If it is supplier's/manufacturer's fault then perhaps, as their customer, to hold them accountable or take your business else where. Pat.S.

Initially we made a purchase here for a freezer at the start of covid. The experience was pretty good so we returned for a mattress set. At this point I would not recommend this place for a bed. We spent over a week trying to get it exchanged as both my partner and I have been experiencing pain from the mattress. The person who sold us the bed has been ignoring the issues. The manager refuses to fix it and says to talk to the person who sold it to us. We found out that the bed he ordered us was wrong. At this point we're stuck sleeping on couches just to get through the night. 10/10 go somewhere else for a bed Anything else from the store is fine.

Dufresne was very good to deal with. Our furniture arrived and was ready when we were told. While loading into our truck, a piece of furniture was knocked and slightly damaged. They had the same piece of furniture in their warehouse. Even though we had gotten this piece that got damaged at a discount because it was a floor model, they gave the brand new piece of furniture for that same discounted price. Very happy with their customer service. Really like the selection and the choices of solid wood furniture we purchased.

Dealt with 2 different salesman 2 days apart and both were awesome to deal with. Knowledgeable and patient. We decided between 2 couches about 10 times and the salesman was very patient with us. Appreciate it. Then we were told it wouldn't be delivered until mid-February... surprise, it was delivered the end of January! Taaadddaaaa. The delivery was equally professional and we paid for the white glove service. Definitely worth IMO. Delivered the new one, setup it up, took away the garbage as well as the old couch. Will definitely be shopping with Dufresne for all our future furniture purchases.

We just ordered a new recliner and the online service was really good. Followup and sitrep on day of delivery was very timely. Delivery to house in site was yesterday and both personal were friendly. Setup with explanation on the setup was easily explained. I even got a military discount for this purchase and my mother is very happy. Happy trails eh 0Z, The Hiking Sailor

Easiest place to shop during the pandemic! Unlike ALL the other stores they have a colour coding system to let you know if Items are available today (green), available in the next few weeks (yellow) or available who knows when (red). Every other place the salesperson had to go back to their computer to tell you when they could get the item, for everything you looked at in the store . Extremely time consuming, huge waste of time. Also, 6 months 0% financing, no fees and no delivery fees (to front door). Steven was great, told him exactly what I wanted, he showed me 3 appliance that met the criteria. I had one picked out in 5 minutes. Wish I had gone here first as I was in and out in 20minutes including financing and delivery date estimate that was bang on, no delays. Highly recommend! Fast, easy and straightforward. ??

I had issues in my first visit and posted a negative review. It was responded to and I was asked to give them another opportunity for my business. So I did. I made no one aware of my previous issues and as they said my experience was a very good one. Steve was my sales person. He worked hard to find me a fit and he did it without being pushy. He is a good sales person. I got a great price on what I purchased. I would reccomend and they have earned my 5 stars.
