★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the installation of a trailer hitch we discovered that occasionally the exhaust pipe would bang up against the hitch since there was little space between the two. On Monday, May 3, 2021 I noticed that the Circle Dr. location didn’t look busy. I had stopped in one other day but they were busy and I was hoping for a quick check/fix rather than having to leave our vehicle the whole day – I lucked out on Monday.
They got us in right away, looked at the problem after I explained it. Apparently it wasn’t that unusual, did the fix and we were on the road probably within 15 minutes. Great guys to deal with, pleasant and happy bunch. The last time I had to visit their shop was decades ago as haven’t had an exhaust issue in that long but always find Midas a great muffler shop!

Drove away and exactly same problem still happening on the way home happening as when we took it there in the morning.
Very disappointing ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A helping hand dealing with a cross country break down. The great team got my Mazda Truck up and running quickly after being towed in from another local dealer. Other major dealers in the area could learn a lot about Customer Service from the Midas team at this location. Great work at a fair price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service. Car broke down nearby on a Saturday evening after they (and everyone else) had closed. New to area, didn't know where to go... Manager was still onsite and opened door to let me in. I explained situation, he gave number for tow truck and said if we could get car to their door they'd look at it first thing Monday morning (this was okay w us...). Got towed to bay door, was hesitant on leaving car in unfamiliar neighbourhood overnight, but were left with little choice. (When i saw the old Camaro inside on a hoist i knew they were experienced mechanics). Went by Sunday morning early to check vehicle and was pleasantly surprised to see vehicle was moved inside. Needed work was completed quickly ... very happy with service and have and will return for whatever needed in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a wheel alignment and balance of the wheels. They did both, I question how they can in good conscience balance a wheel that has that much sediment caked into it and think that they have done what the customer needs or intended. Disgusted to see an $80 charge for this level of service.

They replaced a gasket that he told me he could see wad broken from under the car, I guess that was fine to him, but when I got home 15min away.. I put my car in park and hear the same rattling I took my car in for
