One of the best retail experiences to date! Everyone was very helpful, went out of their way, and truly seemed to care about customer satisfaction. In particular Marwan, who went out of his way to help, Peter, who patiently guided me through my various questions, and Chichi, who made sure my delivery date was firmed up and worked for me. It arrived on time and as promised and I am very pleasantly surprised, since customer care is the last thing on a vendor's mind these days. Thank you!

I was at the store very early on boxing day to shop for a specific item since I wanted to avoid the rush period. I was looking for a bed as well as a mattress set. The salesperson, Jon C. was very helpful and very knowledgeable in helping me choose the right items. He answered all my questions and made the experience less stressful. I will be looking for more furniture in the next couple of months. I definitively will go back to this store.

My last purchase was a disaster. While my sales person was very pleasant. I purchased a storage bed and had to wait 2 months for delivery, common these days. My sales person told me they would take away my box spring as I no longer needed it..a charge of $15. I asked about set up for the bed and was quoted $100. And that I would pay the for the set up in cash. A couple of weeks before delivery the sales person informed me that they could not take my box spring as I did not purchase mattress set from them. Then I was told set up would be 180. Instead of $100. To many parts she said. Not to mention delivery fee of $89.plus tax. Sales person also told me I had the option of paying setup person in cash or put on the invoice. I choose pay cash. Delivery day arrived, things went well. When I called about setup date I was told salesperson did not include setup on invoice. It would be a week before they could send someone out and pay in advance. I was furious!!! I couldn't wait a week, I am 70 yrs old with an arthritic body. The girl I spoke with was sympathetic and tried to get it done sooner. After speaking with my daughter she came right over and put the bed together, total of 6 pieces and was done less than an hour. Drawers were already factory installed. Not worth the $180. I would have been charged. I have purchased most of my furniture from The Brick and never had a problem. This was very stressful!!

On a busy Sunday full of errands this was the easiest thing that I did all day. Jon C helped me get what I needed in just a few minutes and Curtis in the warehouse was great, helped me load up my vehicle no problem. I think I was done the whole thing in about 25 minutes. They were professional and helpful- great customer service. 5 stars will go back again.

Goog items you may find in this store but please don't waste your money for any protection plan or warranty. Just a rip off named warranty. They blame on you if you came it, or forget about the Full Circle Protection Plan because that must be used toward another selected furniture. I paid $114 for warranty, didn't accept my request when I needed it. After 3 years I requested a full circle protection, but by this, they mean you should by another $400. Is it a %25 off or warranty???

I had a great service shopping at the brick Cyrville. The staff is so helpful, kind and knowledgeable! I bought a king bed and scheduled the delivery for my move in date. When I realized my closing date was wrong by one day and could t be delivered to our new house, I spoke to Chichi who helped me change the delivery address and got them to deliver to my parents house instead. She made many calls and sent many emails and her efforts worked! And she also helped me when I had to return the box springs which were not needed as my bed came with slats. I really appreciate all her help and I will be back again to purchase for my home. Thanks again Chichi! All the best!

I recently made my first purchase for home appliances and was very pleased to have had a great outstanding customer service. The representative's name was Val and she was very welcoming and helpful with providing information and suggestions. She took the time to walk me through the process and made me want to return to the store to purchase more items. Because of the great service I have encountered I have recommended friends and family to personally visit that specific location.

We had a very good experience with The Brick .the lady that helped us gave us an outstanding service. She is very professional, polite and friendly and made us feel very comfortable in making our choice of the furniture. The furniture was delivered in the promised date and another piece arrived earlier than promised. The delivery guys, were very efficient, polite and professional. They worked very fast and cleaned up the area they worked in. We would shop at the Brick again. We are happy customers.
