She also has great communication skills as she promptly provided a delivery date and always kept me up to date on what to expect as it related to the day of delivery. She was also genuinely interested in my overall experience with the Brick.
This was my first purchase from the Brick but definitely won’t be my last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were selecting a package of 5 for our new house and Sandy gave us a very detailed and genuine information about the appliances which was immensely helpful in deciding. We were at Brick to research but landed up buying straight away… thanks to her. Also, since we were moving a week later than the time when we were at the store, Sandy arranged for the appliances to be delivered when we moved in. I will recommend her to my friends and family. We went into the manager her name was "Rosie" she really did try everything to try to help us but she eventually realized sometimes to make the customer happy just give them back their money and let them move on! Rosie did the right thing. Rosie really did try, her and her staff really tried to help us find a new fridge it's just not what we wanted or what we were looking for.. we didn't want a three door fridge, or water, or ice they even tried to find us a better fridge than what we ordered and honour the same price but it just wasn't what we wanted for our home.. Thank you very much for your HELP. It truly was greatly appreciated unfortunately we just wanted what we wanted and thank you for giving us back our money with no problem so we could move on and find what we wanted greatly appreciated thank you Rosie to you and your team at The Brick..

I recommended them to go see Rosie at the Brick in Burlington and they had nothing but exceptional things to say about her. It's safe to say that she is probably the only one that i will be sending my clients to for future purchases. Thank you very much Rosie! My clients were beyond happy with the way their home turned out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in to buy a new king sized mattress set and headboard and were greeted by a salesperson named Ram. He was very helpful and polite in answering all our questions and providing us all the information we needed and he was also very patient while we took our time to looked around to find exactly what we wanted. We also ended up purchasing a new couch and chair as well. We're very happy with our experience at The Brick and especially with our salesperson Ram!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone to Brick to purchase a bed and mattress. Mr.Ram was the sales consultant who helped us to find a good bed and mattress, keeping our requirements in mind. He took the time to explain about the products and how it may suit us. He made our experience very pleasant and easy.
When the product was delivered, the headboard was damaged and Ram promptly assisted us in getting a replacement as soon as possible.
