★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor return policy; only provides store credit on unopened items (even if within <14 days). This may be understandable for some items but I was shocked that they would not refund an unopened stroller purchased the week before. The price is fair but I will stick with more reputable stores on bigger items from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been to this place and I have to say that I was quite scared by the negative reviews here.
The product I wanted was expensive travel system but I found it at The Baby's Place with 50% of discount, one of those too-good-to-be-true situations. I knew that return it would be almost impossible, specially considering that I live in BC, but I tried my chances and it pay off really well!
It arrived a week earlier than expected! The box was in perfect condition. The product is amazing and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I drove all the way from Kitchener in the hopes of buying a certain color of the uppababy stroller, however after long and thorough knowledgeable conversation with the gentleman that was there on site, we decided to go with the Nuna Demi Grow. The gentleman was quite knowledgeable and shared his insights on which stroller might fit our family the best. I'm really surprised on some of the reviews listed on here which scared me at first from even attempting to visit this establishment. Not sure iff the management has changed or what, but will be definitely going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was nervous to order as I’m in BC, but they had a great deal on a Baby Jogger City Tour 2 so I went for it. It was shipped quickly the next morning, and the stroller is great! Baby loves it. Glad I took the leap.

Staff is very polite and helpful.

I emailed with no response, then finally tried calling, and after getting the run around and being given different numbers to call, was told all three colours the bag came in were sold out but had not been removed from their site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a zero I would! I have never written a review of any company but this company's customer service was so bad I felt compelled to help others avoid my experience. The product they delivered did not meet my needs. When I called to ask how to rectify this situation they were rude, constantly interrupted me and essentially said they will do nothing to help me. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs!

I ordered a travel stroller online which arrived in the wrong color - due to COVID my travel plans were canceled and therefore I stored it before opening the package, only to realize less than a week before my trip, several months later. Sunny (the owner) was so quick to react, I had the correct color within two days (in Quebec). He was so kind and considerate with my situation, I really appreciated this service. I definitely recommend!
