My house fridge quit suddenly on Sunday and with the current state of affairs, getting a new appliance quickly isn't easy. And being without a fridge isn't easy when you are trying to restrict the number of shopping visits to one per week. However the sales staff and the delivery staff of Keyesbury were fantastic and my new fridge arrived at noon today. No other appliance distributor that I contacted could deliver in under 7 to 10 days.

They have come twice now to service the dryer at our clinic, once when the heating element died, and once when the drive broke. Came when they said, told us a realistic estimate of time to order a new part from overseas, good price compared with other quotes we received for the jobs. Also provided free advice regarding the bearings wearing out, did not push us to replace them, just cleaned them for us.

The people are quite pleasant and the repair work was uneventful. However, billing was a nightmare I had to call several times just to get a bill sent to me and when they did finally give me a price it didn't include the labour fees. Ridiculous! As such I would not recommend this company unless you like confusion with a large price tag.

I just replaced my washer dryer. The service was absolutely amazing. They recommended the new unit that is a bit smaller and easier for the space. They removed the old one which was in a very different spot on the 3rd floor. They Installed my new washer / dryer and it works like a charm. Thank you for making it all work out for us. We will be back to buy all our appliances. Thank you to your wonderful team.

In November 2020 I purchased 6 appliances for delivery to my new home at thè beginning of April 2021. The purchasing experience was great, the salesperson was very responsive. Although I had been assured that if there was any likelihood of delays in delivery I would be contacted, it wasn't until I called one month before to check on the availability that I was told my dishwasher would not be available until the end of June and my refrigerator the end of April (both due to COVID - this was obviously not their fault , so life goes on....). When I indicated my concern about the dishwasher timeframe, the salesperson suggested that he would look for similar alternatives and get back to me. After a week and having left a couple of messages, I showed up at the store and only then was I provided with an option as he searched their inventory. April 1st came and all but my refrigerator were delivered - Keyesbury provided a loaner so we were able to make due. April 25 (Sunday but the day I was told they were expecting it at their warehouse) came and went, and given I still hadn't heard from the salesperson by the 27th I called. He indicated that he would look into it and get back to me by the next day. When I didn't hear back, I had to do another followup call at which point I was told they would send another message and get back to me....which in fairness was done within the hour. I was told that the new tentative date was 30 June at the earliest at which time I asked if the salesperson could have a look for an alternative and was told he would get back to me before the end of the week.......of course I never heard back, At this point my wife and I continued our searches online and sent a couple of alternatives to the salesperson to see on the availability from Keyesbury. Only after several calls did he finally respond and advise that it was not likely he could get the alternatives any earlier and that if I could find somewhere that had them in stock to go ahead - if I was successful I was to have the loaner moved to the garage and they would arrange to pickup. Within the hour I purchased the alternative and had the deliver 2 days later (14 May). I immediately called and once again left a a voicemail to arrange pickup of the loaner and reimbursement of the monies paid for extended warranty and hookup of the appliance that went without response. I also sent an email without response. Over the next week I left several other voicemail messages and even contacted the general sales number and was told that they would ensure the sales person would get back to me ASAP. It will be 3 weeks tomorrow since the email and first voicemail message ........ So all this to say, although I'm extremely happy with the appliances I received - the after sales/ non-responsiveness of the salesperson leaves me feeling that I'm being extremely generous with my rating and I would be unlikely to purchase here again. So much for trying to support local!!!!

Waited months to receive my wall oven. Finally received the product but it was damaged. It has now been sitting in my living room for almost a month with no decision on the next steps.
