★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a web order on a Monday was told 3 to 4 days. Wed we called and told that the order was in someones hands being picked and we would either get notification that night or next morning. Nothing. Called Friday was told not ready. Called Saturday told not ready. Called Sunday to speak to a manager and was told order had been ready for pick-up since Thursday. Not impressed. It was an urgent order for a home repair - it wasn't an order that was non-essential product. Will avoid ordering from Rona in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/5 for the friendly, helpful service that the sales associates provided us this morning, but we're very frustrated by the fact that we were told there was stock of the items we wanted when we called only to find the stock wasn't available once we arrived at the store. This seems to be an ongoing issue with all Rona locations. Something needs to be updated with the way in which Rona tracks stock in each store. Earlier this year we ordered online and paid for and requested delivery of a large amount of patio slabs only to get a call later from the store saying they did not have the stock. The store manager made good and delivered as soon as the stock came in several weeks later, thankfully.

I was struggling to carry a heavy item to the check-out and 3 sales associates walked past me as if I didn't exist. I clearly didn't matter. I will only go to Home Depot in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited far too long to be served in the outdoor yard after we had already paid for our lumber. The lumber was also poorly stored and once we got home we saw that some if it was black from water damage and half of it was frozen with ice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Samsung water filter for a refrigerator and a screw driver set online and did curbside pickup. I waited about 5 minutes and after showing my photo ID I was on my way. Good service and I will definately use curbside pickup again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hadn’t been to a Rona in a long time. Had some poor experiences years ago (not at this store). Stopped in Carleton Place today out of convenience to pick up a few things. Was pleasantly surprised with fantastic service and a very cheerful staff. Store is very clean as well. Extra shout out to the gentleman who working in the paint section today(Jan 10th) his positive attitude was great.
